HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) is used to separate chemical compounds in a mixture from each other. LSM Lab has experience of most common types of columns on the market (straight phase, reversed phase, HILIC, chiral separations, etc.). Detectors for identification and quantification of different types of compounds in combination with HPLC, such as UV, EC, CAD, MS/MS, and TOF/MS are available. Other types of detectors based on e.g. fluorescence (FD), evaporative light-scattering (ELSD) and refractive index (RI) can be made available as needed.
